What is a non-disclosure agreement?

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship. The party or parties agree that sensitive information they may obtain will not be made available to others. An NDA may also be referred to as a confidentiality agreement.

Is this game still under NDA?

No! As of the 12th of May, 2023, we have lifted the NDA. You can now talk about the game, share screenshots with your friends and create content about it! We are looking forward to seeing it!

Can I stream the prototype game?

Yes. We would be delighted if you shared your videos and content on our Discord with us in the dedicated channels. If you are interested in becoming a content creator for us, please check here for more information. (here=link to content creator section)

Can I post images and videos on social media?

Yes! We would even encourage you to do so and to use the hashtags #synergyofserra and #itsusorthem when doing so. That way we can see your content and maybe even share it ;)

Can I monetize on Twitch, YouTube, and other live gaming streaming platforms?

Yes! You can monetize your streams and videos by streaming our game on these platforms. We are a friendly community, so please make sure that your videos are just as welcoming, and please follow our terms of service and that of these platforms.
