David Bowie was wrong about the above, at least on Serra he was: Alpha Fame can be redeemed for exclusive limited edition in-game assets in the future.
These assets will be unavailable elsewhere and can only be received through Alpha Fame or through trades with other Serrans.
The rewards are not finalised yet and so are subject to change, however, you can see some of the potential awards below.
